Refund Policy
Customer refund and cancellation policies must be available on a merchant’s website, and they must agree to them during the ordering process. In order to submit payment information, customers need to click an “Accept” or “Agree” button.Once an order is submitted, customers will receive a confirmation email with their policy attached.
Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best service to its customers, Singhtek has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Only cancellations requested within 72 hours of placing an order will be considered. However, When vendors/merchants have notified the vendors/merchants about the orders and they are in the process of shipping them, the cancellation request will not be honored.
Orders placed under Same Day Delivery cannot be canceled.
Singhtek marketing team cannot accept cancellations for products acquired on special occasions such as Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day.
